Returns & Refund Policy

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at media@destinyz.ent with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different size or item, please place a new order.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Processing Time

Art prints are individually printed, packaged, and prepared manually. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Clothing items such as hoodies and shirts are released in limited batches and may have different processing times depending on availability and drop schedules.


Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Canada: 5–10 business days• United States: 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on Canada Post processing times, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Multiple Items

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment timing.
